Shipping & Returns


My Kind of Lovely offers free shipping on all orders $75+ and a $5 flat rate shipping fee for all other orders! In the event of exchanges or returns, we do charge a return shipping fee. We will deduct the cost of shipping from the amount of your return. 

All My Kind of Lovely packages are shipped USPS priority mail and will ship out within 2-4 business days of your order. Once your items have been pulled and are ready to ship out you will receive an email stating your order has been completed, then once your items ship you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Most packages will arrive within 5-7 business days, but most will arrive sooner than that! 

Returns Policy

We hope that you're always satisfied with your My Kind of Lovely orders but in the event your item does not fit or is not everything you ever imagined we will happily take back your items. We ask that you return within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. You can fill out the contact form below or you can email us at to receive a return shipping label. 

A few notes on our returns...

  • All returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving your purchase
  • All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached
  • All sale items are final sale and can not be returned 
  • All items purchased during a flash sale or sale event of 30% off or more are final sale and can not be returned

We have the right to refuse any refund or exchange if we do not believe it complies with the policy stated above or if the item is received in unsellable condition. Please allow 5 standard business days from the time your return is received to process your return.

Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you believe you received a defective item, you are missing an item, or you've received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can get to working on fixing your order! 


In the event you're interested in exchanging your items for a different size we will always try to provide an exchange of the original item if the inventory is available. Please note that the item must also meet the return criteria. Exchanged items will not be processed or shipped until the original item is received, therefore, you may want to place a new order in order to make sure you get your desired item! 


You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with your return and may be charged for additional shipping costs in the event of an exchange. We are not responsible for damaged, stolen, or packages lost in transit.
